A Federal Judge will not be reviewing anything nor has the authority to return the Sheriff to his position. The Sheriffs only recourse is through the Republican dominated Florida State Senate. If he wins so be it but as a side note there has only been one constitutional officer ever returned to their position in the history of the state of Florida. It's a very expensive and time consuming process to even try.

A review is not trial. If you read the Brenda Snipes court decision the judge was very clear he had no authority what so ever to overturn the decision only make sure the state was in compliance with State Law which they were not and crafted an order accordingly. As long as the State follows their constitution a review is all a Judge can do.

Israel will lose like Miriam Oliphant did with a permanent suspension. All Israel wants right now are 2 years. Either by being reinstated or winning an election (yeah right) and serving 2 of the 4 and collect like what Brenda Snipes just did last week. Gov. Scott tried to save us some $$$ but now we have to pay that witch's almost $150,000.00 pension. The only thing SI's lacking is that special card that only few can play like Snipes did and Gillum tried to.
