    Guy failed the test several times and was way down on the list this go around.. Horrible choice as a supervisor.

    Pay raises are a collective bargaining issue. It’s cobtractual and no supervisor has the authority to violate a labor contract. If they told you that, it was stupid.

    I believe if he was talking to junior deputies that are not at the top step yet he can write them a bed evaluation and that would delay their 5% step raise

    That's terrible for a man to deny a kid his raise. At the end of the day nobody cares about stats calls etc. Only the stupid ones do.

    It’s kinda funny, two mediocre Sgt’s that were mediocre deputies at best, telling mediocre deputies they need to be heroes....How about leading by example? Oh yeah, they’re doing that, that’s why their shift isn’t producing.
