When he became director some of us thought he had potential. It didn’t take long for that to whither away. Talk to the cops, it’s a huge vote of no confidence. I have 12 years to go. I figure one more year of this, maybe a couple more crappy ones if he becomes deputy mayor. Then hopefully someone can turn the engine on and get us out of this stranded state.
