All these line level employees gripe about and critcise the people in charge and declare them incompetent despite their experiences.

Some of these guy complain about EVERYTHING! How about we let the new Sheriff come in get settled and make some changes. The problem is not every change is about YOU, the changes are about the agency and how to make it better. Yes, I'm sure we will benefit from some of the changes, but remember it took Mr. Israel 6 years to screw this place up more than it was so give the new guy an opportunity / time to fix it. Changes that we need don't just happen overnight!
