I hear a lot of *****ing back and forth. Does anyone have ideas of what could help or make things better? What changes would you like to see implemented?

The stand by cure for all, that get's to police. DRINKING! Now depending upon your age, younger ones sex, older ones drink.

More booze and/or pot is not the answer but administration change is. Change has to start with Pear1. If he will not be the leader to make beneficial changes then he has to go. Until that happens don't expect anyone in the command staff to propose any significant changes to the Big Pear because they are scared of him.
