Its scary how we don't do psych test. In my office a pre academy new employee told us 5 LEO agencies wouldn't hire him because he failed the psych and ploy test. But we hired him.

No Psy test is why we will continue to have idiots. Additionally we don't pay enough to have qualified applicants apply . It is only a matter of time before there is more egg on the faces of HR. sad.

Psych tests are unnecessary. I am not a licensed therapist and can 100% say if you have been at DOC for more than 2 years, you are clinically insane!!!!

That's what those bank employees who were murdered in cold blood thought. It could never happen in a small bank in sleepy Seabring. Never assume the unlikely is impossible, but rather consider the consequences if the unlikely happens.

I never said it couldn't happen, but one sociopath committing a horrible mass murder does not in anyway indicate that FDC needs to do psyche evals on all of its employees. Why don't they do psyche evals on teacher? One a week gets busted for sleeping with students. Now that is an epidemic.
