Agreed.......what was the intent? Think not many of us had a problem with you being asked to resign, in todays politically correct climate. Thats where it should have ended! Anything further was overkill!!! The Chiefs had it right!

The culture here is anybody that makes a working mistake, during the heat of the moment, will be destroyed! Senior people not just slugs, know your one judgement call from being pummeled. Thats why the best arent stepping up. The big picture here is stay under the radar, take your calls, do your reports, write a few tickets and go home. Not much harder than that, its truly what we have become!!!!!

Unfortunately the agency is run by a lawyer which is why a lot of our policies are so vague and confusing. If you enter the “gray area” of a policy or violate it with a good reason and everything works out...you’re good. If not, get ready for the 40 hours.
