Fat stinky old guy got to be Larry Donovan, he’s been a Lt. Three months and is telling everyone he’s getting promoted to Captain, “he’s telling everyone who will listen that he’s the only one who can run staff inspections”. He can’t even figure out how to use deodorant let alone run anything. However, with his lack of personal hygiene, he has had more staff infections than everyone else

How did they even promote Donovan to Lt. ? He was a terrible Sgt. that could not make a decision. He is hated by the deputies, and has that problem with body odor? He should be in the jail on nights away from people!

Dirty Larry Donovan is XO of staff inspections! He is a 5 month probationary LT. There are at least 5 black Lt.’s with a minimum of 4 years experience, yet they were not even given the opportunity to interview! The question is was Dirty Larry given the position because he is white? Or is it because of his relationship with Diefenbachet? Is Diefenbacher in violation of the nepotism policy by supervising his boyfriend? Sheriff Tony please look into this, something is going on!

The word around the PSB is that an employee walked in the office and caught Donovan and Dief in a compromising position. You will be hearing much more about this real soon. I do agree with the last poster that DLE should be running staff inspections and those two azz clowns should go back to the jail. Donovan a 5 month Lt, thinks he should be Captain because he was a Sgt. Longer then Sheriff Tony! Donovan, you are a fat bag of wind a very smelly one at that.

Larry “Pigpen” Donovan will never be a Captain! He is telling everyone he is more qualified to be Sheriff than Tony. He is a Buffoon! Donovan is the most junior Lt. In DOD and frankly they’re all more qualified than he is! Pigpen your boyfriend’s hook resigned and so should he! Sheriff Tony we need some people of color in staff inspections. The current XO is unqualified and smells like a garbage truck!
