DS and GS have already achieved their goals: get rich by double-dipping while stepping on anyone who was in the way and destroying what was once a good working environment for the deputies. They kissed Bob's ring and he paid them off very well. What happens in the rest of the agency doesn't really matter, it's all BS.

What we need is an outsider with police management experience from another agency to come in and clean house and start over again. The nepotism is killing the agency. Everyone promotion is someone that is related or connected to the third floor. New blood and new ideas.
