    WILL THIS WEEK'S COMMISSION MEETING SEE A POCKET ITEM INTRODUCED THAT COMMITS THE CITY TO END THE FLAGSTONE LAWSUIT AND PAY OUT $55 MILLION IN DAMAGES? AND WHAT ROLE DID A ANONYMOUS LEGAL BRIEF ENTITLED: "THE STORY OF CHAOS AND ITS DISRUPTOR," PLAY IN TRYING TO INFLUENCE THIS DECISION?
