BSO does not have an adequate training facility and never has. BSO cannot own land or buildings per statue, thus we are reliant on the County either to allow us to use county land to build a facility (which we can do) or build one for us. They are not about to build us one and even if they agreed the pace at which they construct would be 4-5 years out at best. There is and has been a plan to build active for the past few years --if ever the time to do it was-it is now.
