MF is probably Major Franza And CG is probably Captain Gideons. Two different types of people, supervisors. One is definitely better than the other. Any guesses as to which one?

Your only worry is to x65 and x4, you are only held accountable for yourself and not a whole entire district. Quit worrying about what everyone else is doing and you will be much happier. MF is not a micro manager by far. He expects you to go out and do your job. Welcome to the world snow flake. Troop F has had substandard leadership for the last two Troop Commanders.

Major Franza was awesome in troop c.You could get away with anything. He was only interested in everybody liking him. You would croak if you knew what I got away with.
