With all the focus on the Reyes/Destephan/FOP scandal, no one has noticed that 3 detectives have left Homicide and decided to go back to Patrol since the current homicide/cid admin took over!! Barely been in the unit 2 years. A unit where people stay for ever due to the perks and prestige. Why is no one asking why? Colina was the CID Asst Chief once and Eldys Diaz was in homicide as well. I guess no one cares about the destruction of one of the most recognized and elite units in the department.
