Homeless Captain
What about that captain in charge of the homeless unit. I don't even know his name he's so useless. Wasn't he a patrolman with Fort Lauderdale before Israel came in? He needs to be gone along with that Lackey Sergeant he has.

He is as useless as tits on a bull. Should have been put out to pasture years ago. The Glory Days of County Wide Ops/YIED/YNS, etc ended with his arrival and the retirement or transfers of the real deputies.
