This is nothing new from the city bowing down to media pressure or that from certain groups. What I got out of all this, is where certain ethics groups stand within the power vacuum of the community. We all have personal views on his actions. DUMB yes, but the departments hands were tired! Reason, I say this is the 3 whom got childish, with their comments over blacks. So, if they let this slide Opps on the city.

Javi, knows where the bodies are, As the saying goes. After all Javi has done and is still here, it wasn't the FOP that covered for him. It was city hall and staff. One should NOT be punished for what other do all the time and get away with it. Were all accountable for our actions, at least that's the way it is in the real world. Not the 3rd world of Miami P.D... Miami has become the new capital of Cuba. Our city and department seems to have followed Castro's way of government and policing. Well close, we have yet to line people up against the wall a blast them but it's a new year, so that could change. Miami's staff and city hall are reactive and honestly doesn't care what certain races have to say, unless it get's a lot of negative media attention.

Fat boy thought he could play with the big boys. I always knew that guy didn’t fit in the puzzle just like lugo. People are always waiting for the right opportunity to strike.
