If you did not violate policy and go to a ARB then he wold not have disciplined you or arrested you. The Sheriff actually has a great reputation because of Parkland and there is nothing destroyed except what you wish for. He is Sheriff for as long as he wants.

If Gualtieri had any brains he would have hung Israel out to dry by calling it as it is in the Parkland Commission's report. Neither of those behaviors resulted in the deaths of 22 individuals. In the end what came across was that most likely all of these counties engage in similar practice and if one went down, they all would. That's the only explanation that makes sense. There were two other agencies conducting simultaneous investigations and "reports". Gualtieri leaned on them to end their's so there would be no competing opinions other than his. Then he proceeded to blame literally everybody else BUT Israel when Israel is the first person that should have been held accountable and everybody else in the state knows that other than law enforcement. His report concluded that we should arm teachers because LEO's can't or won't protect these kids and let Israel stay in charge. Brilliant.
