    Tommy Reyes LIED saying that by voting for him he would open the settlement so the rookies would not get it since they were not entitled

    Then he sends an email addressing the actives and not retirees

    Nope wrong again. He promised us we would be able to open up the lawsuit and restructure it so it would reflect the true numbers. He also said we would be able to work off duties and the schools.
