    Al pollack and Jeff Bell

With Tony’s 12 years of experience and a Sgt . We have the same politics as usual with his two top picks as Jeff Bell and Al Pollack. So same politics as usual different names. More qualified people out there. Santiago Vazquez is a 25 year veteran and a veteran of Bosnia and Iraq and he definitely wouldn’t have picked lazy Al Pollack as his number two man.

Sorry but Vazquez could barely put a line up together. Had to correct it 3-5 times after he emailed it.

Due to how we hire or promote in this profession, it should be clear that the more years of service, or higher the rank certainly does not make you the better candidate.

Hey Jeff kudos for what you did with Isrel, but this guy is a political favor to the parkland parents. You just sold your soul to the devil. Just as bad as the Ft Lauderdale cronies. We need a Leader with no political ties. Were going to let the public dictating who is the sheriff'. This guy has 12 years as a cop and quit 40 years old. There are still more qualified people here to take control thanks.

There's that idiotic belief again rearing its ugly head. Years in service or where a person has worked does not mean he/she is better or under-qualified. Simpletons like yourself are the only ones that think that way.
Almost 25 years of service and I accepted that truth about 15 years ago.

2 things I hope this guy changes right away is the stupid Use of Force Policy and pursuit policy with the Fail to Yield b/s.

Hey retard that is literally how the sheriff gets picked every four years. The public gets to dictate it.

Yeah but those are things that matter and like the Active shooter policy can bit the agency later. So they need to be debated and run through legal etc... The ridiculous vest, shoulder mic, body cam, Premiere One policies however....
