Sadly, it was real. And it was a black employee dressed like a clown. The fact that anyone thinks it isn’t real, just shows you how bad it really was.

That yearly calendar should show a month to month progression of how Juan Perez and his buddy Gimenez have destroyed every bureau and unit in this department. I’d say August should have a photo of Perez doing his hip-hop tricks in front of HQ. Total disaster.
