Career killers
So, a large group of deputies apply and are going to get hired by TPD. The Colonel calls TPD and asks them not to hire them because they are short people. No one asks why so many are leaving, instead stops them from earning more, being happier, or any other reason they are wanting to go. This costs deputies real money, and opportunity! Apparently rather than fix the agency, they will go for indentured servitude!

Retention
Why would so many people want to leave in the first place? Sounds like they need to work on retaining employees. What is that saying? People typically don’t quit their jobs they quit their managers.

This agency needs to get with the times. They lack any knowledge on how a dept should be run. The county keeps growing but the agency is slowly sinking.
You have a captain that walks around with his chest puffed out like the big bad wolf. He is such a joke and not respected!! HCSO wake up
