Wow, indeed. Since you have no idea what you're talking about, here's the real story:

The Major started with FHP 17 years ago, he was a Trooper, Corporal and Sergeant in Troop L before making LT at OIG. He then became a CVE Captain and Major before getting the Troop L spot. He was never DOT.

Now, as far as an opinion I'm not saying he's the best troop Commander in the history of FHP (Jim Lee still holds that title; you probably have no idea who Jim Lee is) but if you were "privileged" enough to be here through the Guzman or even worse the Ramil era, you'd be thankful that Chandler is wearing the oak leaves in Troop L.

Louie Ramil was so stupid that years ago in Miami he looked into arresting an FMP Captain because that Captain stopped a S12 driver on the pike and wrote the driver a UTC. Notsure if Ramil was there or not, but Ramil brought it up at a Troop meeting stating that FMP had no "powers of arrest" off the water. He also said it was a VERY GRAVE violation of the law. LOL! Remember he used to say that all the time for everything? LMFAO! Everyone laughed at him to his face. He was so mad that he then ratted out his peers to the Troop Commander for laughing.

He graduated top of his class in stupidity.
