Last week a call was dispatched reference a white Latin male armed with a knife threatening to stab children and adults in the park located at 2nd Street and Ocean Drive.
Due to the delay response because a new Lieutenant requested a bean bag shotgun, the male fled the area. The perimeter that was established was uncessful in capturing this dangerous male that had theaten to stab families at the park. There was no critical incident report generated. Clueless City Manager Morals was not inform of the incident.
Chief, due to your liberal policies, again tying our officer’s hands, a dangerous criminal is on the loose on Ocean Drive.
