There's no way justin would stoop that low. Is this the same justin Garcia that was Baker acted because he wasn't using proper hygiene? The one where his police car's passenger side was full of garbage up to his computer bracket? The same one?

Is this the same guy that was ROD for a year and his picture was in every station as a warning not to let in , he was public enemy number one and the flop got his job back even knowing he has mental issues , is this the same guy that took seven hours to do the Sgt test .
