Can a Lifeguard become chief if he is FDLE certified as an auxiliary officer? It appears that is the issue.

Someone please tell me how this thread has become the 3rd most viewed thread here. I don't know this guy, don't want to know, and almost feel as though I need a good shower after reading about him. He cannot become chief unless he has FDLE certification as a law enforcement officer. He also would need to take a physical. Would he pass it? LOL. I am being facetious of course.

Who is this Lube guy? Word on the street is that some lifeguard ( I'm guessing this guy) is on the fast track since his dad worked for Bratton or Kelly. Not sure. Maybe it was Safir.
Keep an eye out and sn ear open.
