4. What proof do you have that any post is James?
5. What makes you think that you are "dishing" anything out to James?
6. Can you show any post where james has made a personal attack against anyone? Called them names, attacked their family like you?

Or if its a fire department vehicle. You can pursue those. Even though thats not an "enumerated felony".

So your driving is just as dangerous as likely as someone pulling out a gun and shooting you. But you still want to chase?
