Whats thye Probem with K9 unit & Gang Unit

Why does the Chief hate the K9 unit & Gang unit. At each and every Citi Stat, the Chief is constantly taking jabs at these two units. He is basically stating both units are lazy and useless. At Each Citi Stat their supervisor (Doro) is taking a beating.

The Gang unit is nothing more than a beefed up traffic unit. Our K9 unit has always been smoke and mirrors. Both units need new leadership. Doro needs to be more of a supervisor than their friend.

Gang unit works banker hours. Maybe they need to work after dark or on the weekends

I thought the reason for making all of the gang units cars unmarked and stealth looking was to better sneak up on criminal and increase their stats. So what is the next plan Doro?

Because the chief does not believe in pro active aggressive type policing. He only wants people arrested via shot spotter and data driven policing.

The unmarked cars were an attempt to look cool, but the u informs make them look like the downtown security guards. Maybe if they worked ost dark or on a weekend they’d be useful
