Financial Urgency Settlement Update 2019!

Ortiz is now saying that the financial urgency settlement payment might be in February of 2019. Do not expect it any time soon.
MPD transporting officers that were employed here in 2010 send out a intent to sue letter to the city. Everything is on hold.
2014 Rookies that weren’t even here in 2010 were being over paid. A correction in their payment is being recalculated.
No one that wasn’t employed here before the payouts in 2010 should had received money. Ortiz did this to get the rookies to vote for him.
Once you realize that Ortiz and the city screwed us again you will feel better.

Lies lies lies!!!! In the mean time the city is making money on the interest while holding the money. That’s right!!! Because the poor negotiations the great ortiz sold us out. The city is in no hurry to pay us out. They have no deadline date. The longer they take the more money 💰 💰 💰 they are going to make.

was he a pawn to do the dirty dealings for the city? was he hoping for something from this? was he used?
or was this true incompetence and was there intent filled?

guys, when this happens in the private sector there are serious ramifications for leaders doing deals like this with other people's money.
I mean playing with other peoples money at a brokerage house or a condo board gets you some nasty crim charges.....yikes

Sit down and wait for it. It’s the same bs scam the city did to us a couple of years back. They promised us a raise if the city finance improved. Something like that involving Scarola . The thing was they didn’t put a date the city had to comply and we got screwed.
