    Can someone please reach out to Steve Hudak at Fincen and inform him that Florida does not require title insurance on the all cash transactions---so, the GTO keeps getting by-passed by our beloved real estate money launders down here in Miami.

    Title insurance is NOT required in an all cash transaction. Lenders do require if you are financing. It's optional in cash buy.
    Deeds carry different types of warranties to them....and noted as such in contract...ie warranty deed, special warranty, etc.
