Ok Col...thank you for your words of wisdom. Unfortunately, we all know you and this administration don't want us to do anything other than sit in our cruisers soaking up that cool AC (by the way do you and the rest of the command staff have your vest on, as usual probably not. Way to lead by example. Practice what you preach). This administration has done everything it can to stop deputies from being proactive. Even as far back as 3 years ago when a Lt was told to attend roll calls to explain to deputies that we were NOT to make arrest for less than 20g of cannabis. We were told that if we did we would be called downtown so the administration could deal with us. Because if there are fewer arrest, there must be fewer crimes. Nothing but smoke and mirrors in this place!
