Command Staff Payouts
Please make arrangements to separate from the agency quickly while there is still a chance for each of you to receive your annual and holiday pay-outs. Rumor from the 5th floor is that the Ft. lauderdale crew will be the only ones that the sheriff plans on paying out. If you are not a FTLD person, you will be on your own. This will all happen very quickly and payouts of any kind will most likely be frozen when the sheriff get's notified by Tallahassee.
If you plan on trying to just stay and take your chances, you will be rounded up and brought before a transition tribunal where you will be held accountable. Please don't try to remove your rank insignias's or try to blend in with the working folks who actually serve a function here.

If someone was a deputy or sergeant and was promoted to captains, majors and colonels, for no other reason than they were friends with the sheriff, can they be restored to their former ranks?
Just asking for a friend.

Yeah, we saw how the "workers" handled MSD. The cop today is a lazy, entitled cry baby! Btw you need someone to lead not just follow. If you can do better, take a test, pass it and finish in the top five and you will have a chance to prove you can do it. If not, stfu and do your job, not just sit in your cruiser in the air conditioner reading Leo affairs and telling everyone how it should be and that everyone needs to go but you.
