Well, look here. The School Board once again lacks transparency and rather than opt to perform a full range audit of our financials, which were a dumpster fire, due to Muppet's incompetence, stupidity, unethical practices and selfish management; downtown settled for a "limited scope audit" to cloak and veil his shenanigans.

As a captain, Muppet grossly mismanaged the finances, including overtime, fuel, purchasing, travel, credit card, and grants (routing a grant to his own personal company), leaving our budget in near ruins and disrepair. As a chief, a rank and position he should have never held, it appears he hadn't learned anything or, in typical Muppet arrogance, thumbed his nose at best practices, financial responsibility, and all of us, seemingly starting down that road of disasterous budgeting 101 again, leaving yet another mess behind to clean up.

His minion midget major friend, who also has a similar track record of poor book keeping and questionable financial records as a chief in Palm Beach and Nevada, was no different. It is all about their careers, titles, resumes, traveling, business ventures, and positions. They are rotten to the core and our chief needs to tell downtown that these two imbeciles are toxic and no longer needed. A sergeant could do what they are doing, for a fraction of the cost. Assign District & School Safety to a sergeant and hire 3-4 SROs with the monies being wasted on Muppet and Mini.

Muppet is an idiot, plain and simple. Shame on downtown for not fully revealing the depth and stench of the mess left behind by Muppet and his dunce crew. It is always about protecting the image at Miami Dade County Public Schools and not about the kids or the truth. Disgusting!

This new public safety act improves school safety through codifying and establishing the Office of Safe Schools within the Florida Department of Education (DOE) which will serve as a central repository for the best practices, training standards, and compliance regarding school safety and security. It also requires each district school board to designate a school administrator as the school safety specialist for the district to serve as the district’s primary point of public contact for public school safety functions. This position will serve as the school district liaison with local public safety agencies and national, state, and community agencies and organizations in matters of school safety and security.

On April 25, 2018, the Miami-Dade County School Board established a new Office of School Safety And Compliance (OSSAC) and created the Chief School Safety And Compliance Officer to operate this new office and serve as the designated administrator. This is detached position from Miami-Dade Schools Police Department as a law enforcement executive overseeing public safety matters. The new Marjory Stoneman High School Public Safety Act requires the district to formulate and prescribe policies and procedures, in consultation with the appropriate public safety agencies, for emergency drills for hostage and active shooter situations and incorporate procedures to address active shooter situations in the model emergency management and emergency preparedness procedures. The law requires each school safety specialist to coordinate with appropriate public safety agencies that are designated as the first responders to a school’s campus to tour such campus once every three years and provide recommendations related to school safety.

So Muppet is detached? A detached chief? What about Mini? A detached major. Who do they report to? Are they still working as sworn LEOs? Does FDLE acknowledge this? Muppet shouldn't be a part a the Cabinet or even Senior Staff. In fact, he shouldn't be employed here, along with Mini.

The entire Muppet regime and tenure could go down as the worst chapter in our department's history. The new war cry should and will be to push Muppet and Mini out of here.

I'm willing to do my part to push Muppet and Mini out of here. What about those responsible for ushering him in as a supposed savior? You know who you are...most of the rats in ID, a few of our Majors and Commanders, a few Sergeants and Lieutenants some idiot Officers...the Muppet crew. He didn't turn out the way y'all thought? So, as expected, the Muppet mishap and "limited scope audit" of overtime waste, abuse and mismanagement, passed on the consent agenda and there was no discussion at the meeting today. No surprise, but never fear, that (the surprise) is coming soon. One could argue it's Muppet's signature move and staple practice in having a longstanding and storied past of screwing up budgets, either through arrogance and disregard, or stupidity and incompetence. Who knows, maybe all of the above.
He's a moron and a buffoon, who has nearly wrecked the budget, on two separate occasions, at two different ranks - captain and chief. He's consistent, that's for sure. Consistently self-promoting.
