its all that ink on their arms that rushes to their heads. this guy is short and with some ink while in uniform. this is embarrassing to our department. the gentleman was attempting to exit and and not cause chaos. poor guy put his hands up and recognized he was surrounded by officers. he cooperated and was pushed and tossed around. this was battery committed on this citizen who did nothing wrong or against the officers. Officer Holguin was the only officer calming others down and assisting the confused citizens.
