I guess it didn't make him think twice about doing what the SAO told him to do. When the SAO says they don't want someone arrested because there is NO CASE, perhaps Bobbie should listen and not arrest? But he thinks he is a lawyer that knows best. LOL

The problem is simple, Bob has a hand in major cases. If CAP works a murder, Bob gives the yes or no in an arrest. Bob, the guy who never was a homicide investigator. And when people deliver briefs they can be interpreted. Opinions get left out or disregarded. Experienced opinions from people who investigate murder, sexual battery and robbery for a living. And now you have a new captain from worthless ILP land supervising a CAP lieutenant who should have been the captain all answering to a short timer major who is busy at FBINA. But the people who actually do the work, they don’t get much of a say. Because if you puss off Bob with your opinion that is I’ll timed or doesn’t lean the right way, which is Bib’s way, you are gone, gone, gone. Now it won’t be worded like that, because the executive staff doesn’t practice what it preaches. It will sound like, “It’s not you, it’s just time for a change.” So who would push anything close to an unfiltered opinion in that negative atomosphere? Why did RN really leave was it was because he took the fall for DS after he told the Marshals Office that he would not send out PCSO SWAT team to help out on the beach. Then it was resended by the Sheriff after the Marshals were going to request Polk SO SWAT team to respond. Dan you keep rolling those dice and one day it's going to come up snake eyes.

Which is what happened here because of the boobs we have in command.
