Powerful? The only power they have over us is the power to get someone fired. The manager at McDonalds has the same power. They obviously dont have the power of being respected and to keep deputies from quitting or to hire more peoole. How about the power to give us a mid shift like we always used to have before they wasted a bunch of money creating a whole new district which made an entire 5th set of command staff with the SAME EXACT amount of deputies on patrol!
