Yes. ALL sworn and civilian MDPD employees should maintain a professional appearance when working or identified as an MDPD employee, including ALL GROOMING STANDARDS as well.

So how is it that TATTOOS on upper arms and beneath uniform shirts from public view have traveled down, passed the shirt's sleeve edge and on to the hand, or even up to the uniformed officer's neck?
What about HAIR? The unnatural and multiple colors of hair some of the female uninformed officers are wearing or dying? Bright red, yellow, purple, pink, blue, and other tints. So many never have their hair put up above their shoulder line where it can be grabbed by a subject easily.
The CIVILIAN ATTIRE is another issue, specifically at HQ and bureaus. How tight do those pants and your blouse need to be? Lost a button on your blouse? Skirt or dress so short you cannot bend over to put a file on the 2nd shelf down? Everything so short they have to walk up the stairs sideways to make sure no one can see up there? Happening every day on every floor.
