He would not be able to make a difference. Once Democrats take control of a city, a slow death is guaranteed. When you hear the term "sanctuary city" you know it's time to GTFO. Examples of democrap run cities: San Francisco, Seattle, Detroit, Hartford, NY NY, Chicago and there are more. There is literally no turning any of these cities around or St Pete. If you try to bring back law and order, the media screams to the world about systemic racism. If you don't give certain segments of the population every last thing they want, they will riot and burn everything down.

Thats an old link. Niagara did just get a new chief, she was their CAO before being named chief.
