Hernan Organvidez based in ambition and politixal contacts
Joe Martinez based on ambition and vontacts plus police experience

Ramos is definitely aHEAD of the game. She has always been at the HEAD of every class she’s taken. Very smart woman and never given a HEAD start on any task. She’d be a great woman to be at the HEAD of this department.
