So your obviously the lady herself or someone trying to defend the indefensible. Many of us know exactly what happened in the process of her getting into the K9 unit. Short answer is hell yes she slept her way to that position. For those of you that don't know read on for a brief summary of exactly what happened:

1. DOD had try outs for 2 K9 deputies. 1 male and 1 female

2. Mr. C did the best overall in the entire process and was selected as the male K9 deputy. Since there was no favoritism involved; he got the position like he deserved. He is still the male DOD K9 deputy.

3. The female deputy that was the best overall was also "given" the position. To protect her identity she will remain nameless. She was basically told "you got the position." She was so far along the process of being guaranteed the job that her house was inspected and BSO told her to install new fencing for her backyard that was suitable for the K9. She did so at her own expense.

4. Well when Mr. IG heard that his fav piece of ass was not getting the position he decided to override the entire hiring process for the DOD female K9 deputy. It basically went like this: "Mandera is getting that position. I'm the Sheriff's fav do boy so who's going to challenge me on this?." Of course no one did.

5. The female deputy who was initially selected has more balls then 99% of our command staff and others who decided to keep their mouth shut on this issue. She on the other hand spoke directly to the sheriff and sued the agency. She had ample proof and won. I wont get into what her settlement was. Those of you that know about this already know what it was.

Anyway that's the whole story behind Ms. Mandera.

You all know this is Paul M he is mad because he didn't get a dog from Ira. He was the first kiss ass to Ira so he thought he was guaranteed a dog. Come to find out K9 Andy did not choose Paul. Because he yelled Chokeda missed treated the dog on training day. He did so bad that the canine handler of the dog Paul was using wanted to beat the shit out of him.

Miss Nancy actually got the dog from Ltc Keith Neely not Ira. Everybody tries to connect everything to Ira why is this one man living rent free in everybody's heads.you all have to stop giving him so much credit for everything.
