Peterson isn't a Coward, He's a Felon
Regarding that heartbreaking day at MSD. According to BSO's SOP's, Peterson had a choice whether to enter the school. He's a coward, but committed no crime and in fact, didn't even commit a BSO policy violation. Peterson is a felon though. When he reclassified Bret Israel's sexual battery with a dangerous weapon to an information report (to remain off the road), he committed a felony. By being afraid of the road and the fact that the sheriff needed to keep his son out of prison, that's what led up to Peterson staying 500 feet from the school on that deadly day at MSD. Just stating the facts. Sorry.

He’s not a “felon”.
It’s your opinion that he committed a felony. There is a big difference.

Why did the big eared moron allow him to retire while under investigation? That spineless POS Peterson should have never collected a cent from the retirement fund, and Israel should have been removed for allowing him to do so!

I think the real investigation needs to be who was the district 17 road deputy that received the initial call? Then who made the call to the District or to Peterson for him to then handle the call. Don’t just think cause it was a student case Peterson always handles especially if the call was made after school hours...Ahha!

What really happened
Agree! The entire incident can be easily accessed
and the call can be reviewed step by step, revealing what the victim reported to the original deputy, and exactly what the victim told Peterson. I'm sure that piece of sheet Peterson's mind was in overdrive calculating the best way to cover up a sexual battery by his bosses son on a student victim, and getting out of calling CI , then starting an involved report , that would interfere with his lunchtime!
