Kevin has been great but Paul knows how it feels to be screwed by the worst Chief ever. He also has established a great relationship with City Hall and doesn’t crack under pressure. Bobby was suppose to be the one who got rid of Oates and he couldn’t. Time to bring some fresh blood into the mix and become a stronger Union.

You ****ed up and paid the piper until you could pull something from your ass that had the chief running scared. I'm not going to mention what that was here and open a can of worms. And if any of that is true, it’s about time someone has Oates running scared. Speaking of experience, Oates has all this time with stars on his collar and has been a disaster on Miami Beach. If, if Paul did screw up so royally why is he where he is? Is it because Oates screws up worse? Whatever it is, Oates IS running scared and it is about time.
