I have to question every DDC deputy I see walking around, off PCJ property, wearing a badge a slinging a gun. You see them from Training, AID, ASU, Misdemeanor Probation And God knows where else!! They have no business looking like a dam law enforcement officer when they have no LEO training and no LEO authority. To anyone else they look like LEO deputies and they aren’t! It’s going to cause an issue some day, oops, that day is here!

Let this sink in..... they went to the BGs girlfriends house and leaned BG had her car and has no license. She was talked into reporting it stolen and the car was tracked using OnStar. Sergeant jail guard and new deputy ass clown attempt contact at Thornton's and BG takes off. Sergeant jail guard and new deputy ass clown fire multiple rounds from the side of the vehicle and hit nothing! Then a pursuit ensues. Shots fired and a pursuit over a property crime which is all they knew of at the time. The "robbery" wasn't verified until after this debacle ended. Policy violated to the nth degree! Mind you, this all started because BGs ankle monitor battery died!

You guys still don't get it do you, even though Bob has explained things under oath in court. GOs, policies, memos, whatever, are more like suggestions and guidelines open to interpretation, not to be taken literally. Subject to the facts and circumstances of specific situations. Although Bob will remain sheriff for life because he singlehandedly destroyed his political career so agency employees are sc**wed, the bright side is that his dream of becoming Attorney General or Governor will never happen. Maybe the accreditation people would like to know why Correction deputies are performing LEO functions. It was only a matter of time before something like this was going to happen. Not sure why DW Jr. was given or took it upon himself to start conducting his own investigation into a sig 10 then deciding to take down the vehicle with bad guy was in. Gzzz no checks and balances.

Bob can deputize anyone he wants. However when it comes to FDLE compliance and accreditation he canoot circumvent those requirements. Just how many more deputies are performing LEO function that are not LEO certified. I'm sure PIO damage control and general counsel working overtime to spin this one.

So let me get this straight. If Bob tells FDLE nothing to see hear, then FDLE takes his word for it and moves on. I think GO in PCSO don't apply to FDLE accreditation. But you might be correct about the favortisim by FDLE to Bob.
