    Don’t bring that crap 1% idea down here

    Recently the PBA under our former friend Steadman Stahl leadership scared MDPD cops into accepting a 1% COLA for a 3-year contract. I know PBA hasn’t put in too much effort into trying to get us a decent contract but stahl better that that 1% mentality our of his head before coming here with some crap contract.
    If he has money to “ pay off” Shiver who hated us and us hated him with our dues money, he can find a way to get us a decent contract. Hope he has the stomach for the politics here because it sure sounded like he didn’t with the county. The younger guys are just now starting to realize what a deal they were handed.
