    No, somewhere your reading comprehension failed you. Henceforth, The Clerk of The Court, a Constitutional Officer, will be elected in a nonpartisan election. Open and read the below provided link; pursuant to the County Referendum Question #1, posed in this past election. It passed by 61%!
