    Mejia also charged with unlawful possession of communication device

    Could it be that Jose Mejia had a police radio in his possession??? If that’s what that charge is for then I think we all have a good idea where he might have gotten it. A gift given after a passionate night behind Tivoli Liquor perhaps...

    Considering his history, I wouldn't be surprised if Ignacio set him up with a radio AND the cocaine. After all, the Menocals have carte blanch to commit any crime they want.
