Is it low morale or a handful of crybaby cops spending everyone’s union dues on legal fees for these garbage grievances?
These low morale cries do nothing to help strengthen our position as a union in contract negotiations. Focus on something that actually helps the majority of the people paying dues and not boosting your egos. Drop the “waaah we have low morale, so we file grievances” stuff.
You file grievances for every screw-up who gets in trouble, not the hundreds of other cops who come to work and do their job. Do something for everyone and negotiate a good contract. Lead your membership for something other than firing the chief, cause when this one is gone, you’ll be crying about the next one too and it could be even worse than what you have now. Learn from Adonis and maybe we can get a better contract.
