Chase
How is possible that a subject shoots at our officers and it takes 130 miles to stop him?
how pathetic we have become. We are like the cops in Demolition Man.....

Where were the highly specialized ABC units of MDPD? Never mind, I know the answer.
Where were the stopsticks certified officers of MDPD? Never mind, I know the answer.
Make sure you sign up for the ballet class the training bureau is putting together next month. The one for stopsticks is coming again in 30 years.

Palm Beach manages to lay stopsticks multiple times, while Miami-Dade doesn’t know what a stopstick is. But we have plenty of cookies for rookies. Maybe the cookies can immobilize vehicles.
Also since there are no crimes on the weekends, let’s give all the ABC squads the weekend off.

Once again, the bad ass sheriff's office in Martin County comes to save the day. If you guys ever want to see what real leadership looks like, Sheriff William Snyder of MCSO is it. He has said multiple times that he does not care what it takes to stop a criminal coming through his county, but to do whatever necessary to stop them. Pretty embarrassing that our officers were all sitting in the median playing on their phones and on IG while their deputies worked and handled the scene. The county and JP should be embarrassed that we follow a suspect for 4 counties, but one deputy ends it almost immediately with a PIT manuever.

Go to the MDPD Social Media sites & what are you greeted by? A circus administration showing off their pink socks. Here is what a real Sheriff should be posting on social media.

Read the comments in that Martin County Facebook post. The citizens love their sheriff because he is a no-nonsense, real leader. No pink socks, no break dancing, no cookie with a rookie. What we have is an embarrassment.
