His,excuse is that he is weak and afraid to confront Gimenez or JP, thus he takes the easy way out. Problem is while that approach may be great for him, and Gimenez and JP of course, it sux for the rest of us.

Tried calling PBA to ask a question on contract and was told no one was available then I had a concern regarythe now infamous chase and was told there were no attorneys available.
