Black Bicyclists Targeted
What a stupid story. Here is what would solve this controversial issue:
Never ride at night without a light.
Invest in proper lighting.
Get a white steady burning light facing front.
Get a red flashing light facing backwards.
Enter the roadway safely.
Ride defensively.
Stay safe.
Oh, and maybe try and get a job, a valid license and a car. But that would require effort, a job and responsible adult management of your money and time. Good luck withy that.
