I remember the days of catching bad guys like this on a daily basis. It was the mandatory to go out and look for criminals who were out lurking around looking for their next victim. This mindset prevented crime before it had a chance to take place. The “prowling” statute is FSS for a reason!

Never going to happen. If it was just deputies and a Sgt., without any doubt they'd be terminated....but if it involves a Captain aka one of the boys, nothing will happen.
