We paid for a study on back pay that we can’t see.
They don’t know what amount they owe us.
They can’t tell you what happens if the city finds mysteriously more money after the budget.
Can they bring down the years if they do?

Ortiz will be compensated in the future by francis as soon as he becomes a strong mayor. Don’t you see it? twenty thousand dollars back pay in 7 years is peanuts. Ortiz will get three times that yearly with his promotions, off duty and overtime scams. Who stop his IA sustained investigation? Oh it was just coincidence that his 180 days elapsed on being disciplined. Ok! Not a problem let’s discipline the IA investigator, or the IA sergeant, or the IA lieutenant. I bet someone will eventually talk. Follow the emails. No one under that rank would let the 180 day rule time elapse. The Major and above are responsible. Is that the kind of intergerty and leadership you want us to follow? cover ups and protecting corruption.
